FAQ

Where are you based and do you travel?

We are Hickory, North Carolina based in the USA and yes we love to travel! If you want us to photograph your story, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place.

What kind of shooting style do you do?

We are all Natural Lighting Photographer.

Our style of shooting is Traditional and Lifestyle portraits.

When will we get our photos?

Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 2 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!

What kind of Payments do you Accept?

We are currently taking PayPal only at the moment. It's the safest way and protects both you and us from any spam.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my session? Is there a Deposit Fee?

If you have to cancel you session we advise you let us know at least 24 hours to 2 weeks before your session to cancel.There is a Non-Refundable deposit fee that you will make upon booking, which is 50% of the session total.

How many pictures will we receive?

Depending on the session, you will receive between 20 to 50 fully edited images. we always choose quality rather than quantity and that's why we will choose the best and more significant photos that captures your moments.

What Kind of Camera, Equipment and software do you use?

Our current camera we are using is the Sony a6500 as our main and the Canon 5D Mark ii as our back up.

For our lens we love using prime lens. Our current favorite is the sigma 16mm 1.4, the Sony 50mm 1.8 and the Canon 50mm 1.8.

The Software we use to edit is Photoshop and Lightroom. Nothing to exciting there, hahaha.
